REFUND POLICY

Do you want to make changes or return your purchase? We are happy to help you. You can exchange or return your purchase up to 30 days from the delivery date.

There are five simple steps for the exchange or return process:

1. Send us an email at info@anabucarest.com and let us know if you want to exchange or return the product(s). We will send you our return form.

2. Fill out the return form included in your package. Clearly state which items you want to return and if you prefer to exchange them or request a refund.

3. Deliver the package to your chosen carrier within 30 days of receipt.

4. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will process your request within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you updated via email.

5. If a customer rejects the package upon delivery, an additional fee of £15 will apply for further processing of the package and retrieval of the requested items.

  • What are the conditions for returns? Our return policy allows you to return your order within 30 days of receipt, without the need for justification. Items must be returned unused and unwashed, with tags still attached. VELORIA ATELIER does not accept returns of items purchased during raffles or sales. Products purchased on promotion or in the special sales section can only be exchanged for another item, a voucher, or discounts. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This decision stems from the temporary nature of promotional discounts, which do not reflect the standard value of the product. These discounts are part of specific, time-limited sales strategies, which is why we have established stricter conditions for returns.
  • What is the cost of returns? The cost of returns is borne by the customer and depends on the carrier and the country from which the return is made.
  • How long does it take to process a product exchange? If you indicate your wish to make an exchange when registering the return, we will immediately start the process, so that the exchange can take place within a few days.
  • What do I do if the product I want to exchange is no longer available? Contact our customer service department to find out what options are available. We will inform you about the estimated availability of the product. If you have already initiated the return and the product is no longer in stock, we will contact you to find a solution.
  • Where can I find my order number to register my return? Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after making your purchase. It is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to help you.
  • What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged? Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during transport or production. We are happy to help you resolve this issue. Please send a message to info@anabucarest.com with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service team will work with you to find a solution as soon as possible.
  • What should I do if I want to return the order after the return period? Remember to make the return within a maximum of 30 days before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that you fail to meet this deadline, we offer you the option to exchange for an exchange item or a voucher. Please consult our customer service department for details on available options.
  • How long does it take to process a refund? We aim to process returns quickly. Once we receive the return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. In the tracking information you will receive with the shipment of the return, you will be able to see when the package arrived at our warehouse. From that moment, the 10 business days begin. We will inform you once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
