DELIVERY POLICY
All products available at VELORIA ATELIER are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad to the address provided at the time of purchase. Our shipping, called "Free Delivery," with a fixed cost of €0.00, takes between 5 and 12 business days (after the product is dispatched) depending on the location. The product is dispatched between 1 and 3 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can monitor the delivery progress of their order.
Please note: In some cases, this delivery period may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, stock shortages, periods of high demand at the Post Office, in short, situations beyond our control.
The store guarantees order delivery. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are sent with insurance against loss and free online tracking; your product's delivery is 100% guaranteed.
Secure Delivery
"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 50 business days of dispatch, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded at that time."
Please note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So, if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry, this is completely normal.
Order Tracking
Products will be sent by La Poste or another carrier. There will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to monitor the delivery progress. VELORIA ATELIER undertakes to inform the customer about the methods of tracking their order. The tracking access code will be sent to your email address as soon as it is available to VELORIA ATELIER.
The order tracking number is provided within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Attention to order routing
VELORIA ATELIER will ensure that products are sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any obstacles to the delivery of your order, please be careful when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.
Recipient absent
Please ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. La Poste makes three delivery attempts for products. If no one is at the address to receive the order during one of these attempts, the package will be taken to the post office closest to the address, and in this case, the recipient of the package will have to pick it up from the Post Office within 7 consecutive days. If the recipient of the order does not pick it up, according to La Poste's rule, the package will be returned to the sender, who will request a free return of the product.
All data related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package if they are not at home, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the LaPoste website using the tracking code provided by the store.
Incorrect or incomplete address
VELORIA ATELIER is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete entry of the destination address for orders placed in the store. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, according to the Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to this address.
If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer or if the product is not picked up from the post office, the customer has the right to a free return or reshipment of the products.
